History:
This week we continued out study on presidents and finished the week with First Ladies.
Next week, we will finish our study on presidents.
Science:
We are wrapping up the animal classification by talking about amphibians. We will review all the animal classifications: mammals, birds, insects, fish, reptiles and amphibians. Try to play “guess what am I game” at home with your scholar’s by telling the different characteristics of the animal.
Our story time with ducks has come to a end. We will now take a close look at some significant and well known tall tales. We will learn about Johnny Appleseed, and how he got his interesting name.
Our read out loud right now is Stuart Little.
